I Maneskin hanno trionfato anche agli MTV EMA 2021 (MTV Europe Music Awards 2021). La band ha infatti ottenuto il primo posto nella categoria Best Rock, avendo la meglio su candidati di fama internazionale, ossia Coldplay, Foo Fighters, Imagine Dragons, Kings Of Leon e The Killers. Dopo aver ricevuto il premio, i Maneskin si sono esibiti proponendo uno dei loro pezzi più forti, Mammamia. Tra gli italiani protagonisti dei EMA 2021 c'è stato anche Aka7even, che si è aggiudicato la sezione Best Italian Act. Nella stessa categoria concorrevano anche Rkomi, Caparezza, Madame e ancora una volta i Maneskin. Anche l'ex allievo di Amici ha voluto ringraziare tutti a mezzo social:
