Il gruppo rock ha trionfato nella categoria Miglior video alternativo, con la canzone I wanna be your slave.

I Maneskin sono la prima band italiana a vincere un premio per il miglior video alternativo.

Il frontman della band, Damiano David, ha commentato così la vittoria:

E' straordinario, non ce lo aspettavamo. E' un onore. C'erano tanti grandi artisti in gara.
